Child for whom admission is desired has to be born between:

1st July 2021 to 31st December 2022

PLEASE NOTE:

·         Do not use a mobile phone to fill in the application as the form is designed to be completed on either a desktop or laptop computer.

·         After filling in the online form and submitting it, you will be kept informed via SMS.

·         The mobile number used to register will be used for all communication, status updates etc. in regard to your application for admission.

·         To complete the online application for admission, the scanned copies (in JPEG or PDF format only) of the following documents will be required:

1)      One colored passport size photo of the child (45mm x 35 mm)

2)      One small size family photo (10 cm – 6x4)

3)      Municipal Birth Certificate of the child in ENGLISH only. Official translation proof required if not in English.

4)      Proof of Residence

5)      Aadhaar Card of father and child

6)      ID Proof of both parents

7)      Ration card of family/Telephone bill/Electricity Bill/Passport

8)      Baptism certificate of the child – in case of Christians only

9)      Parent’s academic qualification certificates

10)  Parent’s 6 months’ Salary Slip/ Self Employed – Income Tax return form   

11)  Medical Certificate – only for disabled persons

12)   Declaration Form of  2025 – 2026  -only for siblings

13)   School Fees, Computer Fees and Miscellaneous will be increased every year by 10% 

14)  School Uniform/ School Bag/ Shoes/ Socks sample will be exhibited for reference you may purchase it from the store of your choice  

A sum of Rs. 300/- only as application processing fee will be collected by the School authorities during submission of the printout of the admission form.

The selection process is fully computerized based on data uploaded by the parents/ guardians.

The Annual School fees for the year 2026 -2027 is Rs.38500/-

Securing admission in Divine Child K.G. Classes is not a guarantee that the child will automatically secure admission in standard I of Holy Family High School.

Being an online application process, under no circumstances are the School Authorities to be approached during the application process. There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated.
